Silently Fighting

Today didn't start off good. But, the message that Bro. Frank spoke touched me. I'm back to that war inside of me.... it's like I know I need to get back on my meal plan and do the things I'm suppose to do. It's just like Twister is holding me back and I can't beat him. I feel so small, so weak. I'm going to try to pick back up on what I'm suppose to do today, but honestly I don't know if I can.
