Today has been ok... I'm still not doing all that great. I'm not as bad as I was a few weeks ago, but I'm not doing as good as I was before. So, it's kinda like I'm stuck in the middle. Last night was kinda bad, I didn't know what to wear to the football game and I felt like everything made me look too big... so. But, things are pretty much going the same.
I am gathering some facts & statistics on eating disorders, and hopefully I'll get everything together and post them tomorrow. Right now I've gotta go get ready, we're going to my dad's cousins house to watch the Auburn vs. LSU game :-( I hope LSU wins!!!

I went to a conference today about high risk patients. Given that you are looking up some info, I thought you would be interested to hear what I did today. Patients with eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of all mental health diagnoses. Almost 24x that of people without any mental health diagnosis. Scary.
